Become a Member of the Data Visualization Society

It’s important to us, as the professional association for data visualization, that we foster a community where you can connect with colleagues, build your knowledge and skills, and be inspired by the continued innovation in this incredible field.

We’re proud of the many resources and benefits we’ve made available to community members over the last four years. Our work and the association we’ve built is made possible by the DVS Plus members whose financial support has made our work possible and who have access to an even more expanded range of member benefits. We thank you for your support.

We have three membership levels: General, Patron, and Free. We also offer an income conscious option for students, residents of low and middle income countries, or if you need a reduced rate for any sort of hardship. More details below.

*DVS PLUS (Income Conscious Option): For students, residents of low and middle income countries, or if you need a reduced rate for any sort of hardship, you have the option to purchase the general membership at a reduced rate of $24. You will not be asked to justify your request for the reduced rate, and we trust that only those who need to take advantage of this special reduced rate will do so. Please note that membership fees are final. Because our paid members have access to their exclusive benefits immediately upon sign up/renewal, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds once a registration has been completed. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy.
